Hours:
We are open 7 days a week from 12pm to 9pm
1. Gently remove the bandage from your tattoo after 1 hour.
2. Rinse your tattoo with cool water to remove any remaining ointments placed on the tattoo after it was applied. Using clean fingertips, gently wash your tattoo with liquid antibacterial soap and rise with cool water. We recommend Dial. Do not use bar soap.
3. Pat your tattoo dry with a paper towel or a clean hand towel. Let your tattoo dry for an 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Using clean fingertips, gently apply a very thin layer of ointment. There are many products on the market, but we recommend using Bacitracin Ointment. Do not use Vaseline, Neosporin or other petroleum based products. Do not rebandage your tattoo after applying the ointment.
5. Clean the tattoo and apply the ointment at least 2 to 3 times a day for the next few days.
6. After 3 to 5 days, your tattoo will begin to peel. This is normal and at that time you should stop using ointment and start using a moisturizer such as Lubriderm, Cocoa Butter or Vaseline Intensive Care Lotion. Make sure the lotion is fragrance and color free. Apply a thin layer of lotion to the tattoo 2 to 3 times a day once it starts to peel.
7. Your tattoo will peel for 7 to 10 days. Continue applying the lotion until the tattoo has completely stopped peeling.
8. Once your tattoo has stopped peeling, it has healed. You can continue to prolong the life of your tattoo by using lotion or any moisturizing products available on the market.
